Visible, Invisible Data

Installed in 'The Sensory Hideout' in Leeds. I projected my collection of coordination animations in the space. They space consisted of 4 projectors, one for each wall, so the whole room was immersed in visuals. I projected my animations on all 4 outputs.

The animations could travel, bend and fill the space of the room. Sat in the middle of the room on a bean bag you could watch the numbers trickle all around you, unsure of where they were travelling to next.

The animations are constrained to 1080 x 1920 pixels, so when projected onto the wall and floor they take different directions than normally on a 2D screen. When the floor and corners of the Hideout come into use, this alters the animation and movements as well as distorting the space of the room and where you thought the usual architectural dimensions were.
